You will own system-level experience architecture spanning our AI platform, including Autodesk Assistant

You will develop novel or highly innovative solutions

You will lead the resolution of complex problems across organizations

You will shape experience strategy and provide thought leadership to teams and stakeholders

You will drive the implementation of new process and standards across organizations

You will define actionable strategies for unifying business, technology, and experience priorities

You will help identify organizations identify blind spots in the businesses and competitive landscapes

You will influence stakeholders and peers across organizations through effective communication and storytelling

You will mentor other designers

You may lead teams or projects with broad visibility

You have 15+ years of experience in experience design, product design, or a related field

You have a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful AI-powered experiences at scale

You have deep experience working with AI platforms and technologies such as ChatGPT, Alexa, Hugging Face, Siri, Perplexity, Claude, Rasa, Dialog Flow, or Cursor

You’re an expert in design and prototyping tools such as Cursor, Figma, or Framer

You’re an expert in all areas of human-centered design and designing AI-powered experiences

You’re adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment

You’re an expert facilitator, design thinker, communicator, and collaborator

You have a deep understanding of industry trends and insights

You’ve received a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field

You stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in AI, conversation design, and UX

You have experience working as part of a platform team or environment

You’ve received a master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Linguistics, or a related field

Has a keen interest in emerging technologies

Is an established thought leader in their field

Is a systems thinker who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity

Possesses strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail

Exhibits excellent leadership and mentorship abilities, with a collaborative mindset

Has a human-centric mindset and is dedicated to creating intuitive, engaging experiences
