Position Overview

Senior SAP Syniti Consultant role at Bridge Atlantic

We are seeking highly skilled Senior SAP Syniti Consultants to join Bridge Atlantic. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data integration, ETL processes, and SAP data migration projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions using SAP Syniti to support enterprise-wide SAP initiatives.

• Design and develop ETL processes using SAP Syniti for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Lead data migration efforts for SAP S/4
  
  HANA or other SAP modules.
• Optimize Syniti jobs for performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data mapping and transformation logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Syniti Data Migration and data integration.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4
  
  HANA, and related data structures.
• Experience with data migration tools such as SAP LTMC, LSMW, or Migration Cockpit.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

• Syniti certification.
• Experience with SAP Information Steward or Data Services Management Console.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data lake architectures.
• Prior experience in industries such as Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
