Salary: £45,000 – £60,000, commensurable with experience

Built entirely on the Microsoft Azure stack, their cloud‑based platform helps global and UK based organisations enhance workforce wellbeing, operational compliance, and efficiency.

With significant growth plans in place, they are expanding their delivery teams and are open to considering candidates at graduate, mid‑level, and advanced levels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward‑thinking software business at a time of real momentum and evolution.

The Senior Technical Delivery Consultant will play a key role in implementing bespoke ER case management solutions for clients. The successful candidate will act as the interface between business requirements and technical delivery—working across workflow design, system configuration, coding and client enablement.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data and Development Specialists to capture implementation requirements
• Evaluate and challenge client needs to identify the most efficient solutions
• Translate operational workflows into tailored system designs using tools like Lucidchart or similar
• Propose optimised solutions that address business challenges using the full capability of the platform
