• Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle as part of Agile scrum teams in various roles
• Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results in relation to customer impacts
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and report writing abilities
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology

• 1 to 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
