One Identity Support Engineer; W2

Responsibilities

• Strong One Identity Platform Experience (Must Have to be considered).
• Advanced troubleshooting. Investigate and resolve complex access and authentication issues.
• Troubleshoot synchronization failures.
• Manage Identity Lifecycle, birthright roles, investigate access issues.
• Manage and fine-tune roles, entitlements, and permissions. Review and update access policies to meet compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and configure connectors. Address synchronization and data import/export issues.
• Identify, recommend, and assist with implementation of IAM process improvement & automations within the One Identity platform.
• Provide training for L1 support teams and end users.

Working as a part of a professional services team to deliver a managed service – 3 year+ contract – working with IAM Architect and opportunity for advancement. 100% remote, but working in Eastern Standard Time (starting between 7:30 am‑8:00 am). Working with a dedicated offshore team to provide operational support for the platform – weekend on‑call rotation for P1 issues.
