SAP PPDS Senior Consultant (Remote - USA)

The SAP PPDS Consultant is expected to perform high‑quality project work for our customers, continue to build the Connected Logistics capability in North America, and foster its continued growth within our SAP Digital Enterprise (SDE) service unit. This role requires a focused and analytical mindset, working toward set objectives with a level of autonomy, living a culture of accountability, and taking a hands‑on approach to execution.
The individual will ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, and support new business opportunities.
- Advise and design innovative and holistic production planning processes with a focus on transportation in SAP PPDS.
- Adjust the system landscape using customizing.
- Serve as the first contact person for users and key users in the SAP PPDS environment.
- Plan and implement training courses and workshops.
- Participate in production projects from cost calculation to implementation.
- Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in Supply Chain Management.
- Deploy process, quality, and cost‑optimized logistics concepts.
- Create long‑term relationships with clients.
- Identify and lead business development opportunities.
- Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent education.
Experience:
- 4+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry.
- Minimum 4 years of SAP PPDS (Production Planning Detailed Scheduling) experience (Process & Customizing).
- Minimum 3 full SAP PPDS lifecycle implementations.
- Profound SAP PPDS project and Go‑Live experience.
- SAP certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English (multilingual preferred).
- Professional appearance with strong customer focus.
Percentage of required travel: up to 100%.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $115,000‑$145,000
. In addition, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus. Our benefits include:
