- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
- Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Clinical License
