• 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
• Thorough understanding of the end systems impact of changes across multiple systems and healthcare data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing projects concurrently

• 1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
