Senior Product Consultant

Pay rate: $80 on C2C(all inclusive)
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Consultant with deep domain expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and a strong understanding of the evolving landscape of agentic AI and ML-driven contract automation. In this role, you will lead a discovery engagement with one of Fortune 500 clients to evaluate their existing CLM processes and design a roadmap for a modern, AI-augmented solution.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured interviews and workshops with business, legal, procurement, and IT stakeholders to gather pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes.
- Analyze and benchmark the client's current CLM system (Oracle CLM) against leading platforms such as Icertis, Conga, Sirion Labs, Agiloft, or Ironclad.
- Develop a current-state assessment highlighting gaps, inefficiencies, and technical constraints.
- Recommend a future-state CLM vision, including AI/LLM/agentic automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical architects and data scientists to shape integration strategies for LLM-based features like clause extraction, smart redlining, obligation tracking, and negotiation bots.
- Support the creation of a buy vs. build analysis and vendor evaluation framework.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Solutions Consultant in the CLM or Legal Tech space.
- Deep knowledge of contract workflows, clause libraries, metadata tagging, obligation management, and approval processes.
- Experience working with or at leading CLM vendors such as Icertis, Conga, Sirion Labs, Ironclad, Agiloft, Contract
PodAI, etc. - Strong analytical skills and experience with process mapping and requirements documentation.
- Familiarity with Generative AI use cases in legal automation is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
- Prior consulting experience or working on IT transformation initiatives is a bonus.
