• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• 3 – 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in Agile methodology and project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• 1 – 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 – 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1 – 3 years in the Healthcare industry
• Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
