• Collaborate with customers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to gather capability needs and drive quality business solutions
• Participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles, including Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst
• Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members and partners, conducting requirement walkthroughs and reporting project statuses

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or Healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies

• 1 - 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
