• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including roles such as Scrum Master and Business Technical Analyst
• Support requirements testing and ensure minimal production defects while analyzing customer impacts
• Communicate project status and facilitate requirement walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Document and resolve risks, defects, and issues throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in IS/IT or healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Agile methodology and project management
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Clinical License
