• Bachelor s Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in the same fields
• Solid written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in systems analysis and data analysis
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in phases of systems analysis and communicate status effectively

• 6-8 years of experience as a business systems analyst in the financial industry
• Proven track record in business requirements elicitation and translation to functional requirements
• Experience with data management projects, including data governance and data quality
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong SQL skills and technical acumen in system integration patterns
