Leading and facilitating workshops to gather and define functional and technical requirements.
Analyzing and documenting business processes and existing system architecture.
Drafting functional and technical specifications as well as comprehensive requirement documents.
Performing opportunity and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
Prioritizing projects and preparing project charters.
Applying Agile/Scrum methodologies and writing clear User Stories.
Managing technology projects from objective definition to production deployment.
Defining and enforcing governance rules for IT projects.
Coordinating activities between cross-functional teams and the IT department.
Overseeing and monitoring the IT project portfolio.
Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management.
10 to 15 years of experience in IT project management or cybersecurity.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Lucidchart, MS Dev Ops, JIRA, SharePoint, SQL).
Expertise in BPMN modeling, SWOT analysis, and process mapping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (French and English).
