This is a full-time hybrid role for a BI Data Analyst, based in the City of Johannesburg with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The BI Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining data models, building dashboards, analyzing data to derive actionable insights, and utilizing business intelligence tools to inform strategic decision-making. The role will also involve performing business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can drive performance improvements.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Modeling
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Dashboards using Business Intelligence Tools
• Knowledge and expertise in Business Analysis practices
• Familiarity with database querying and data visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in financial or banking industry is a plus
