Graduate AI & Systems Automation Associate

As a Graduate AI & Systems Automation Associate, you will design, implement, and refine automated workflows that reduce manual work and improve efficiency. Gain exposure to founder-level decision-making, business systems, and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated workflows to streamline operations
• Improve internal handovers and operational efficiency
• Build dashboards to track key metrics without manual reporting
• Research and test AI and automation tools to identify business value
• Document processes for repeatability and scalability
• Collaborate closely with the founder to co-develop solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and business systems
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity to experiment
• Clear communication and proactive problem-solving
• Advantageous:
  Experience with Go High Level (GHL), Zapier, Make, Airtable, or CRM workflow design
• Collaborative, learning-focused environment
