SAP S4 Hana Implementation Specialist

We are currently looking for an SAP S4 Hana Implementation Specialist to create and maintain a detailed SAP cutover checklist to drive the process through go-live including; work with Business Process leaders to establish business readiness, work with functional leads to establish manual configuration steps for cutover.

Review the estimated duration of SAP activities, conversions, and the respective dependencies and task sequences.

Incorporate business transition activities

Plan for the activation of any interface(s).

Assign owners to SAP cutover steps.

Create a risk management plan for SAP cutover activities to address the following:
Determine at which points to back up the data during the conversion process. Identify which steps are risky and what to do if they fail. Determine the process of restarting conversions if programs abort.

Develop relationships with the leadership of the sites to maintain good status on cut-over progress.

Participate in Project Go/No Go criteria definition and ultimate Go/No Go Decision Process itself.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-4 years SAP S4 Hana implementation experience

Experience with multiple SAP S4 Hana implementations

Time management, highly organized

Strategic/forward thinking

Negotiating, influencing

Interpersonal relationship building

Leadership

Communication (verbal and written) – excellent

Conflict resolution

Professional maturity- exceptional

Multi-tasking in fast paced, deadline driven environment

This is a 6-7 month project opportunity located in downtown Toronto (work from home until deemed safe)
