SummaryBlack Rainbow is seeking a Solutions Consultant to become part of our team. The successful candidate will take ownership of technical activities throughout pre‑sales and post‑sales phases, working closely with our engineering team to ensure successful outcomes.

Over the past two decades, we have partnered with investigators in more than forty countries to deeply understand their challenges and deliver solutions tailored to the needs of both investigators and analysts.
What We Are Looking ForThe Solutions Consultant will work with our team to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of NIMBUS within customer environments. Leveraging their experience in a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Specialist, Technical Onboarding or similar role, they will take ownership of key project elements, including installation, configuration, and successful user acceptance testing, collaborating closely with customer stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate would additionally hold proven expertise in corporate investigations, particularly in an Insider Threat, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, or eDiscovery function.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery of onboarding sessions for new customers, ensuring smooth product adoption
- Configure and implement software solutions based on customer requirements
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on product functionality
- Troubleshoot initial setup issues and elevate complex problems as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer configurations and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of onboarding milestones
- Support customers during early usage phases to drive engagement
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements
- Monitor solution performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Proven experience in a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or Technical Onboarding role
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical configurations and solution designs
- Confident in delivering customer‑facing training, workshops, or onboarding sessions
- Solid troubleshooting skills, including identifying setup issues and knowing when to elevate
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate records of customer environments and configurations
- Excellent stakeholder communication, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Ability to support customers through early adoption phases, helping drive engagement and successful usage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- Ability to fulfil all requirements to achieve Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3
- Willingness to travel from time to time to visit our customers and prospects, both in the UK and internationally
- Experience working within corporate Insider Threat, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, or eDiscovery functions
- Familiarity with security practices, evidential handling concepts, or chain‑of‑custody considerations
- Understanding of broader cloud architecture principles and best practices across Azure ecosystems
- A consultative mindset: proactive, customer‑centric, and comfortable advising stakeholders at all technical levels
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to map technical capabilities to real‑world customer workflows
- Scripting experience in Microsoft SQL, Power Shell, Ruby, Python or other common languages
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 17025
