Provisioning Technician

We’re seeking experienced AXE 10 professionals to support line and trunk migrations, as well as related provisioning tasks, in a live network environment. You’ll need a solid grasp of AXE architecture (hardware and software) and be comfortable logging into the switch, navigating it, and executing provisioning activities. While we value strong AXE 10 domain expertise, success in this role also depends on your curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and inventory applications.

• Perform line and trunk migrations in a live production network.
• Execute AXE 10 provisioning tasks and changes safely and accurately.
• Log into AXE switches, navigate system interfaces, and work confidently across the architecture.
• Use internal tools/applications to access inventory and pull data; reconcile discrepancies and work through imperfect records.
• Follow established methods of work, documentation standards, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with senior team members for on-the-job training and knowledge transfer.
• Communicate clearly, take direction, and solve problems through obstacles (e.g., inventory gaps, tool quirks).
• Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and documentation.

AXE 10, switch engineering, trunking, trunk lines, TDM/PSTN, circuit provisioning, inventory management system, remote access systems, router, Cisco routers, switches, telecom inventory systems, Ericsson, SS7, MOP, legacy switches, TDM switches.

• Solid AXE 10 hands‑on background (not “light touch”). Provisioning + line/trunk migration experience in production environments.
• Curious, adaptable, and coachable; comfortable learning new tools/inventory systems.
• Problem‑solver who can work through imperfect data without getting blocked.
• Professional, collaborative, and aligned to established methods.
• Preferred:
  Ericsson/vendor‑side experience.

Intermediate Level

Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. This is a fully remote position.

Pay range: $30.00–$35.00 /hr.
