- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements for EDW data products and analytics
- Develop and maintain Source-to-Target Mappings (STTMs), workflows, and data requirements documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and governance meetings, capturing decisions and action items
- Translate statutory, operational, and reporting needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support testing activities, including test planning, validation of results, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- 5+ years of experience in supporting product owners and agile teams, eliciting business needs, and maintaining user stories
- BS/BA Degree or MA/MS Degree with 4+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise IT or data programs
- Strong expertise in requirements management, data analysis, and documentation
- Experience working in federal or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience with cloud-based EDW platforms (Snowflake preferred)
- Mentoring or lead-analyst experience
- Experience with BI and Reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or SAFe Agilist
