Job SummaryWe are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join the Salesforce Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep Salesforce expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering scalable, high‑impact solutions. This role will involve overseeing the Sales Enablement Program, driving technical strategy, and leading a blended team of full‑time employees and contractors supporting Sales, Marketing, and Wealth commercial domains.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical strategy and execution of the Sales Enablement program across Sales, Marketing, and Wealth domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship to a mixed workforce of internal staff and external contractors, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
- Drive adoption and implementation of modern Salesforce technologies and developer tools while ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and performance across all implementations.
- Manage vendor relationships, champion agile delivery practices, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. - Experience:
7+ years with Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC). - Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Functions, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DX, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling.
- Experience with Dev Ops tools and practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage hybrid work forces.
- Other:
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices; experience managing technical roadmaps and delivery milestones.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect).
- Experience in the financial services industry or with wealth management platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience working in a Center of Excellence or similar governance model.
- Competitive Salary: $90.00 to $115.00 per hour (based on experience).
