• Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews related to research, technology, and economic security
• Perform open-source intelligence assessments on corporate ownership and influence
• Assess supply chain risks and identify malign foreign influences
• Communicate identified risks effectively to stakeholders and prepare detailed reports
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders

• Possess a TS/SCI or Q security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RTES-related risk analysis and due diligence
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated expertise in a relevant field
• Understanding of regulations related to the Department of Energy and RTES
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, and other advanced data analysis tools

• Experience in risk reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with NSPM-33 and the CHIPS and Science Act
• Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in government, military, commercial, or academic environments
