Specialist, Digital Asset Management

• Approve taxonomy, metadata, and classification for the company’s digital assets
• Manage access and usage of digital assets within assigned brands
• Provide document approval in the digital asset management system, Veeva Promo Mats
• Collaborate with Creative Agencies and Job Owners to manage, store, share, and reuse promotional content
• Ensure compliance with copyright agreements and resolve any copyright concerns

• Bachelor’s degree in library, business, or information science, or 3 years of comparable experience
• Must be available to work in US time zones (EST preferred)
• Background in library science or digital asset management, with experience in copyright management
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Experience with digital asset management systems
• Familiarity with Veeva Promo Mats
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and promotional material review processes
