GHL​/CRM Automation Expert

We’re Contracting Empire, a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in websites, SEO, local SEO, and ad management services for contractors in the US. We need a dedicated CRM Automation Expert who specializes in Go High Level  to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot GHL setups across multiple client accounts.

Set up and customize GHL accounts for our contractor clients, including call tracking, opportunity pipelines, and automation workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues, ensuring seamless performance for clients.

Integrate GHL with Google Business Profile, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.

Implement funnels, including lead tracking, automated follow-ups, SMS/email sequences, and appointment scheduling.

Monitor performance and provide insights, improving automation efficiency and lead conversion.

Provide client support for GHL-related questions, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Native-Level English skills:
You have to understand English in all of its nuances.

GHL Expert:
You have deep experience working with Go High Level  and understand CRM automation inside out.

Tech-Savvy & Analytical:
You know how to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integrations.

Problem-Solver:
If something breaks, you figure out why and fix it fast.

Detail-Oriented & Organized:
You set up automations and CRM systems that work flawlessly.

Clear Communicator:
You have perfect English writing skills and can explain complex processes in simple terms to non-tech-savvy clients.

People Person:
You work well with clients, including handling difficult conversations with professionalism and patience.

Bonus points if you understand lead tracking and automation for home improvement and contracting companies.

This is a fully remote position, so you can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. No commute, no office distractions. If you’re in Bali we’ll get together from time to time.

You’ll have a five-day work week, Monday to Friday, so your weekends are yours to recharge.
