We're hiring a Service Now Developer at ITMAGINATION, join our team of 400+ developers, analysts and testers! ITMAGINATION, now part of a Virtusa Group, helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. Through the readily set up, comprehensive, and self‑governing teams, we let our Clients focus on their business while we make sure that their software products and data tools scale up accordingly and with outstanding quality.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement SPM solutions including workflows, catalog items, work spaces, and integrations to meet complex business requirements
- Configure and customize the Service Now platform using JavaScript and Service Now APIs to extend capabilities and enhance user experience
- Design and implement workflows to support business needs and increase automation
- Develop and configure integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using integration spokes or custom APIs
- Work within the Agile methodology to develop, build and test alongside other developers to ensure the best product is delivered to requestors in a timely manner
- Work with implementation partners, or internal project teams to implement new modules as business needs evolve
- Assist with regular Service Now version upgrades to ensure we remain compliant and supported by the vendor
- At least 3+ years experience working with the Service Now platform
, specifically in the SPM module
, and with good familiarity with ITSM
, and the general Service Now platform - Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Service Now API web services
- Proven experience with integrating Service Now with other applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field
- Service now Certified Application Developer
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Communicative English
