NTT DATA Americas is looking for a Native AI Enterprise Architect Director who will be responsible for helping us expand our presence in the North American Market.

The Native AI Enterprise Architect Director will drive the growth of Custom Application offerings and provide subject matter expertise. This leader will play a key role in the Applications Platform team and help to develop and implement an overall strategy and tailored offerings based on current market trends and client needs. The Digital Pre‑Sales Technical Architect is responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with clients’ overall mission and goals.

This role will collaborate with other leaders in the practice to bring subject matter expertise to their clients. The Digital Pre‑Sales Technical Architect will work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure the organization is meeting its objectives.

A successful Native AI Enterprise Architect Director will be an expert in custom applications domain:

• Custom Application Business Development
• Application Architecture
• Cloud Migration
• Legacy Modernization
• Articulate a compelling and differentiating value proposition to the client that aligns to their business imperatives. Create a compelling vision for the deal outcome through active listening, storytelling, and immersive experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and other organizations.
• Pre Sales, Deal Strategy, Solution development, and Digital Transformation

• 8+ years’ experience in consulting or IT services industry sales
• 8+ years’ experience negotiating, shaping, and closing large deals in the professional services space.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Custom Application Development, Application Architecture, Cloud Migration & Legacy Modernization
• 10+ years of cross-industry experience with a strong understanding of technology or operations landscape

• EA background and strong consulting experience.
• Hands‑on Native Agentic AI development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Proven experience leading large, complex, strategic sales opportunities.
• Ability to engage and build relations with senior leadership at Fortune 500 organizations.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and inspire multiple teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Attributes include strategic thinking, teamwork, ability to influence, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail.
• Must have an expanded breadth of business experience driving deal shaping & originaition.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership at a client and/or within NTT DATA.
• Excellent communication (oral & written).

The starting pay range for this remote role is $139,000 - $230,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
