We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Now Developer to join our team and support mission-critical federal projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Service Now development, portal customization, and software engineering. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Configure, customize, and implement Service Now applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
• Design and support data migration activities from legacy systems to Service Now, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct thorough testing of Service Now configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

• Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust
• 6+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience implementing Service Now solutions
• 1+ year of experience with Service Now portal customization
• Service Now Certified System Administrator certification
• Strong knowledge of Service Now App Engine for configuration and customization
• Ability to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts
• Experience supporting data migration from legacy systems to Service Now
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working on Scrum teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

• 3+ years of portal customization experience
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
