CoreResponsibilities
- Hub Spot Implementation and Setup:
Setting up and configuring the Hub Spot platform to align with the company's needs and goals. - User Management:
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within Hub Spot. - Data Management:
Ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and organization within the Hub Spot CRM. - Integration Management:
Setting up and maintaining integrations with other platforms and apps (e.g., Zapier, Google, Shopify). - Customization:
Customizing views, properties, workflows, and other configurable parts of the Hub Spot interface. - Reporting and Analytics:
Creating and managing reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - Training and Support:
Providing training and support to users across the organization on how to effectively use Hub Spot. - Troubleshooting:
Troubleshooting platform-related issues and resolving problems. - Process Automation:
Building and managing automated workflows and processes. - Documentation:
Maintaining updated system documentation and Hub Spot policies / procedures. - Vendor Management:
Developing statements of work for vendors and directing all applicable work on behalf of the company.
