• Hub Spot Implementation and Setup:
  Setting up and configuring the Hub Spot platform to align with the company's needs and goals.
• User Management:
  Managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels within Hub Spot.
• Data Management:
  Ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and organization within the Hub Spot CRM.
• Integration Management:
  Setting up and maintaining integrations with other platforms and apps (e.g., Zapier, Google, Shopify).
• Customization:
  Customizing views, properties, workflows, and other configurable parts of the Hub Spot interface.
• Reporting and Analytics:
  Creating and managing reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Training and Support:
  Providing training and support to users across the organization on how to effectively use Hub Spot.
• Troubleshooting:
  Troubleshooting platform-related issues and resolving problems.
• Process Automation:
  Building and managing automated workflows and processes.
• Documentation:
  Maintaining updated system documentation and Hub Spot policies / procedures.
• Vendor Management:
  Developing statements of work for vendors and directing all applicable work on behalf of the company.
