• Plan and identify customer business and IT outcomes, providing recommendations for technical capabilities
• Conduct technology assessments to identify gaps and provide prioritized recommendations for improvement
• Develop future state roadmaps and guidance for scaling customer environments
• Analyze performance metrics to identify potential system degradation and recommend optimizations
• Facilitate monthly touchpoints and executive business reviews to ensure alignment with customer goals

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software or SaaS implementation or onboarding support
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, responsible attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

• Certifications such as VCP, CKA, ITIL, AWS, Azure, or GCP
