Data Scientist

We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist to join our analytics team. The analyst will process data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks, develop models and dashboards, and provide insights that help business partners make more profitable decisions. Fully remote role with collaboration across distributed teams.

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Experience with statistical software and database languages.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.

• Experience applying data science to improve customer experience and business profitability.
• Proficiency in Python packages such as PySpark, Num Py, pandas, scikit‑learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines.
• Knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods including frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, and natural language processing.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with cloud‑based data storage and processing.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and informatively across functions.
