We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist to join our analytics team. This role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of experience who are eager to apply their quantitative background to real-world business challenges. The analyst will process data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks, develop models and dashboards, and provide insights that help business partners make more profitable decisions. ESSENTIAL

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to the company’s culture of humility, curiosity, and impact.
  • Process and analyze data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks.
  • Develop models, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support business decisions.
  • Perform hands‑on analytics and modeling while learning and growing in the role.
  • Provide actionable insights to business partners to improve customer and prospect profitability.
WORKING CONDITIONS

Fully remote role with collaboration across distributed teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Experience with statistical software and database languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience applying data science to improve customer experience and business profitability.
  • Proficiency in Python packages such as PySpark, Num Py, pandas, scikit‑learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines.
  • Knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods including frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, and natural language processing.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with cloud‑based data storage and processing.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and informatively across functions.
