MSAG is seeking a User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Designer to design intuitive, modern user experiences for internal-facing web applications and reports/dashboards. This is a full-time, remote position working with our team in support of our customer's transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess advanced design system experience with a keen attention to detail, creative problem solving and systems thinking, and strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, as well as an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to the following.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across applications
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for a web application and Business Intelligence team
- Design intuitive user journeys and workflows for complex, internal-facing systems
- Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions
- Ensure designs align with established visual standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic
- Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to cross-functional teams
- Remain current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices and apply them proactively
- 8–10 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web applications and reporting
- Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Expert-level proficiency in using design tools
- Strong experience building wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Experience working in Agile environments and with fast-paced delivery teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Undergraduate college degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, data science, information systems management, mathematics, or other discipline related to the requirements of this project, or equivalent experience
