Job Title: CAD Designer – Low Voltage / Telecom Infrastructure

Job Type: Contract through July 31, 2026

Schedule:

• On-site Tuesday–Thursday
• Remote Monday & Friday

We are seeking a CAD Designer to support low-voltage and IT infrastructure design for a large retail environment. This role is hands‑on and CAD‑heavy, focused on creating and updating plan sets, layouts, and documentation for telecom and technology spaces.

• Create and update CAD drawings and plan sets using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Apply CAD standards and design conventions consistently
• Document existing conditions and translate site photos into accurate layouts
• Lay out and label telecom and IT infrastructure elements (racks, pathways, cabinets, equipment)
• Support low‑voltage design including structured cabling and device placement
• Incorporate feedback from engineers, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain documentation accuracy and quality

• 3+ years of experience as a CAD Designer or Technical Designer
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience producing construction documents, layouts, or shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work from incomplete information
• Comfortable supporting infrastructure, technology, or non‑residential projects

• Experience with low‑voltage, telecom, or IT infrastructure design
• Exposure to MDF/IDF or data center layouts
• Retail, multi‑site, or corporate facilities experience
