Senior UX Designer with AI Contract Remote  #: 49807 Industry: Pharmaceuticals

Our Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer with expertise in AI solutions to help translate complex, ambiguous stakeholder needs into clear, feasible, and human-centered digital experiences. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to define and evolve AI‑driven products through strong design thinking, facilitation, and stakeholder communication.

• Lead discovery, ideation, and design efforts for AI‑enabled digital products and experiences.
• Contribute thought leadership and a strategic design perspective informed by best practices, emerging trends, and evolving technologies.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design sprints to generate ideas, explore possibilities, and align stakeholders on solutions.
• Translate research, insights, and ideas into user flows, wireframes, interface designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop journey maps, service models, system maps, workflows, and evaluative frameworks to define future‑state experiences.
• Create clear, compelling presentations and communication materials to articulate design strategy, concepts, and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business partners to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Provide thoughtful design critique and mentorship to other designers, fostering high‑quality and consistent experiences across the portfolio.
• Present and defend design decisions with confidence, clarity, and professionalism to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a complex environment.
• Embrace continuous learning and contribute positively to a culture of collaboration, critique, and improvement.

• Extensive experience in user experience design, including hands‑on work designing complex digital products and systems.
• 8+ years of professional experience in user experience design, including hands‑on work designing complex digital products and systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing or supporting AI‑driven solutions and workflows.
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience design across multiple projects and screen‑based experiences.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills paired with intellectual curiosity and creativity.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate differing perspectives constructively.
