We are seeking a Founding AI Full Stack Engineer. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will work on cutting-edge technologies and AI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of AI-driven applications and systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is eager to leverage their skills in AI, AWS, React, UI, llms, Anthropic, email ingestion, calendar orchestration, integration architecture, and secure enterprise automation to solve complex business problems.

We are looking for someone that is a tech entrepreneur!

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement AI-driven solutions that align with our business needs and objectives.
2. Connect with core enterprise integrations (Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Twilio, Google Maps, Slack, and others)
3. Utilize React to develop user-friendly UIs for our applications.
4. Implement llms and Anthropic for efficient learning and decision-making processes.
5. Develop and manage email ingestion and calendar orchestration to streamline our internal operations.
6. Design and implement integration architecture for seamless data flow between different systems.
7. Ensure secure enterprise automation across all our applications and systems. Implement security-first engineering practices (SOC2-aligned infra, OAuth2, role-based access, audit logs).
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are scalable and meet the needs of our clients.
9. Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to our operations.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in our AI systems and applications.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with startup experience.
3. Proven experience with AI (OpenAI-Chat GPT 4/5), Anthropic, Fast API, Python, Type Script/Node.js, OAuth2, AWS, admin automation
4. Strong knowledge of AI principles and technologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in AI and full stack development.
9. Strong leadership and decision making skills
10. Entrepreneur with a passion to build
