What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Own the end-to-end business performance for the employer's Data & AI portfolio
• Develop and execute a long-term vision for growth through scalable solutions across cloud and AI technologies
• Lead and mentor regional sales and marketing teams to align resources with business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with leading technology suppliers and collaborate on go-to-market initiatives
• Monitor market performance and partner success to identify opportunities for growth

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with a 4-year degree, or 12 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience owning a technology business with full P&L responsibility, particularly in Cloud and/or AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud computing
• Experience in channel and distribution models, particularly with Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure AI, IBM Watson, or Nvidia AI
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or related technical fields
• Strong executive-level communication and collaboration abilities
