Hybrid: 80% in‑office 20% remote.
The City of Phoenix Water Services Department Technology Services Division is seeking a Power Apps Developer to help deliver innovative solutions that improve operations and services. If you are passionate about building impactful applications and driving digital transformation, we want you on our team.
Core Responsibilities- Build and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven).
- Design apps leveraging Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, relational databases, and external data sources.
- Create automated processes using Power Automate.
- Develop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces for web and mobile.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and update solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance app performance.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Strong skills in SQL, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Ability to design apps that effectively present and manipulate data.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with iterative development methodologies.
- Experience in Power Apps development, integration, and automation (3–5 years).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
CertificationsMicrosoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
