Description100% remote working EST hours. Our client is seeking a Sr. Manager of Platform Engineering to lead Cloud strategy and transformation. This role sets the vision, defines strategy, and drives adoption of Cloud solutions across the enterprise.
Salary: $200k-$225k
Responsibilities- Define and execute Cloud strategy to deliver business value
- Develop product roadmap aligned with business needs
- Influence senior leadership and manage enterprise stakeholders
- Advocate for Cloud products and communicate vision and milestones
- Establish feedback mechanisms for Cloud services
- Identify opportunities to onboard applications to Cloud COE
- Ensure governance, security standards, and best practices
- Build and lead a high‑performing, agile team
- Drive training, development, and career growth initiatives
- 12+ years of industry experience with strong leadership background
- Minimum of 6 years experience as a manager
- Extensive experience in AWS & Kubernetes; AWS certifications preferred
- Proven success in Agile/Scrum environments and large‑scale projects
- Expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred
