Who WeNeed:We’researching an Information Security Engineer who will play a key role in designing, implementing, andmaintainingthe security infrastructure, controls, and processes thisroleyou willensurethat our systems and dataremainsecure while enabling innovation and growth.
You’llwork closely with Engineering, Compliance, and Dev Ops toidentifythreats, manage vulnerabilities, andmaintaincompliance with industry standards.
This is a HYBRID position based in Atlanta, GA Candidates will be expected in the officea minimum of two days per week.
What You’llDo:- Design, implement, andmonitorsecurity controls to protect company data, infrastructure, and customer information.
- Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation tracking.
- Manage andoptimizesecurity tools such as firewalls and endpoint protection.
- Support incident detection, investigation, and response activities, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
- Develop andmaintainsecurity policies, procedures, and standards aligned with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Partner with Dev Ops and engineering teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead risk assessments and security audits, ensuring documentation and evidence meet industry and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and onboard new security technologies to strengthen the organization’s defensive capabilities.
- Provide security training and guidance to internal teams to promote a strong security culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, ora related field.
- 5+ years of experience in information security, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Experience leading SOC2 and PCI audits.
- Strong understanding ofnetwork, application, and cloud security principles.li>
- Hands on experience with incident reporting, threat hunting, and forensic analysis.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with business users, technology leaders, and end users.
