We are looking for a NOC Specialist to join the Network Operations team at Tera Go

, troubleshooting connectivity issues
, and supporting network incidents
, working closely with senior engineers and escalation teams to ensure network stability and service availability.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and alerts using NOC monitoring tools.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and connectivity issues (Layer 1–3).
- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 NOC support, escalating complex issues when required.
- Handle customer and internal tickets, ensuring accurate tracking and timely resolution.
- Support incident management, outages, and service degradation events.
- Perform basic network configuration and validation on routers, switches, and firewalls under guidance.
- Assist with network changes, maintenance windows, and service provisioning.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams about incidents and resolutions.
- Follow NOC processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures.
- Participate in shift rotations and occasional on-call coverage.
- Latam Resident.
- Fluent English.
- Background in technical support with hands‑on exposure to networking tasks.
- 2+ years of experience in a NOC, Service Desk, or Network Support role.
- Solid understanding of:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- VLANs, routing & switching fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP – at a foundational level)
- Experience working with Cisco routers and switches (configuration, troubleshooting, logs).
- Cisco CNNA Certification (nice to have)
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Solar Winds, Intermapper, or similar).
- Basic understanding of firewalls and WAN technologies (SD‑WAN is a plus).
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems and documenting incidents.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
