Position: Spanish Speaking Consultant for Online Security Software Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Consultant to join our Online Security Software Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assisting our Spanish-speaking clients in navigating our suite of security software solutions. Your primary focus will be to ensure that clients fully understand the features and capabilities of our products, helping them optimize their use and enhance their online security.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. You will engage directly with clients, providing technical support, guidance, and training on our security software applications. Your expertise and proactive approach will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients regarding our online security software
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on software features and best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer step-by-step solutions
  • Document and track client interactions and support tickets in our system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Gather client feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in online security trends and technologies
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of online security concepts is preferred
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to assist clients
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not essential
  • A keen interest in technology and online security is highly desirable
