Spanish Speaking Consultant Online Security Software Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Consultant to join our Online Security Software Department. • Provide expert assistance to Spanish-speaking clients regarding our online security software
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on software features and best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer step-by-step solutions
• Document and track client interactions and support tickets in our system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Gather client feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience
• Stay informed about the latest developments in online security trends and technologies

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset
