This role is crucial for providing exceptional service to our French-speaking clients, guiding them in utilizing our innovative security software to safeguard their digital environments. You will support clients in maximizing the benefits of our products, ensuring they understand how to effectively implement and manage their security solutions.
As a consultant, you will engage directly with clients by offering training, troubleshooting assistance, and ongoing support. Your expertise will help strengthen client relations and enhance overall satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities- Assist French-speaking clients with inquiries and support related to our online security software
- Provide tailored product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure optimal usage
- Identify and resolve technical issues while advocating for client needs
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and support tickets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate client feedback and improve services
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in online security and contribute insights to the team
- Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service oriented with an empathetic and proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of online security solutions is beneficial but not essential
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role, especially in tech support or consultancy, is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- A genuine interest in technology and online security practices is highly desirable
