An Associate Project Manager at Razorfish is equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker and relationship builder. You will be working closely with global teams and major brands to support key business decisions and drive optimization and efficiency at both the project and portfolio level.

• Spearhead a wide array of operational tasks including (but not limited to) financial reporting, staffing & allocations, training and account support at the project and portfolio level.
• Support the project management team with project plans, budgets, risk / issues logs, project dashboards / management reports and change orders.
• Ability to work with people in the company on all levels and in various geos.
• Ensure that documentation uses standard / approved formats, follows internal documentation processes and is reviewed / approved prior to delivery to the client.
• Support key business decisions through data analysis and various reporting.
• Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external meetings.

• 1-4 years of project management, operations or finance experience at an interactive agency or consulting firm.
• Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in identifying / resolving issues.
• Be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Compensation Range: $54,910- $72,300 (Annually). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
