Remote Sr. Application Support Administrator needs 5 years experience in Information Technology
Remote Sr. Application Support Administrator requires:
- Strong skills in Scripting with Power Shell
- Experience in integration using REST API Knowledge and capability of working with SQL queries and data
- Experience with Service Now integrations
- Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or commensurate experience in a professional environment, required.
- 5 years - Experience in Information Technology required
- 1 year - Knowledge of computer systems operations for Windows/AIX/Linux environments.
- Expert knowledge of application support technologies and related documentation required. o Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas, problem/solution/business value descriptions that can be understood by a broad audience.
- Provides top level support for any problem resolution and troubleshooting activities related to the scope of work for this position.
- Provides direction and design for the setup, configuration, integration and implementation of major production applications into the production environment.
