We are currently looking for multiple AI Experts in different roles for one of the leading tech companies in Europe. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

Requirements (AI Specialist)

• Strong experience with machine learning algorithms and NLP techniques, using frameworks such as scikit-learn and Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical model validation to ensure high-quality training data and model performance.
• Solid programming skills in Python or R, with experience deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Sage Maker) and working with big data tools.
• Ability to create meaningful visualizations and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and experience aligning AI initiatives with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements (AI Architect)

• Experience designing robust, scalable AI architectures, including API design, seamless system integration, and deploying solutions on AWS or Azure, with a focus on performance and resource optimization.
• Strong background in data engineering, including the development and improvement of ETL processes, data pipelines, and use of big data technologies to ensure data quality and availability.
• Deep understanding of AI security, data privacy, and compliance requirements, and the ability to implement them effectively in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to align AI architecture with business strategy, driving technical direction through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Awareness of emerging AI trends and technologies, with a mindset of continuous improvement to guide architecture decisions.

Requirements (Business Analyst)

• Experience conducting end-to-end process analysis in the automotive domain, with the ability to identify high-impact AI/LLM use cases that enhance user experience, efficiency, and business value.
• Familiarity with designing and validating scalable, secure LLM architectures across cloud, edge, and onboard environments, including modular AI, automation, and digital assistant platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technology stacks such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, and Llama Index, including vector databases, inference APIs, and orchestration tools.
• Proven track record in agile environments (SAFe, Scrum), with experience in stakeholder management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, model lifecycle management, and the implementation of ethical and regulatory guardrails in enterprise environments.
