Overnight Tech Support

Our client, a leader in digital signage and network installation services, is seeking a dedicated Overnight Tech Support to join their team. As an Overnight Tech Support, you will be part of the Delivery Services department supporting on-site installation teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Overnight Tech Support

Location: Remote, work from home

Pay Range: $17

• Monitor and document the progress of digital menu board installation milestones throughout the project.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to ensure timely and accurate completion of on-site work.
• Communicate effectively with teams and clients via chat channels to keep projects on track.
• Produce comprehensive updates for project management and daily recap meetings.
• Assist with network and wiring issues, including low-voltage wiring, IP troubleshooting, and network rack architecture.

• At least five years of field experience with Cat5/Cat6 wiring, including running and terminating cables.
• Experience installing and assembling patch panels and network switches.
• Familiarity with digital menu boards, local network operation, and basic IP troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with communication software such as Chat and Microsoft Teams, and experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to track multiple installation teams simultaneously, recording progress and resolving challenges effectively.
