Who Are We Looking For?Frontline Technical Support Specialist (EU Hubs – Prague Preferred)
Are you passionate about technology and helping people get the most out of their tools? We’re looking for a Frontline Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring smooth onboarding, fast troubleshooting, and seamless operation of our internal systems.
Where You’ll BeCandidates must be based in the EU and located around one of our hubs:
Prague, Krakow, Budapest, or Athens, with Prague preferred due to our office and storage facilities.
- Manage company hardware inventory and logistics, including shipping and receiving Mac Books and iPhones.
- Be the first responder for security alerts, bug reports, and technical issues.
- Schedule and coordinate IT department tasks and projects.
- Communicate maintenance notices, software updates, and technical guidance to staff.
- Track and document new features, application changes, and resource usage.
- Provide technical orientation for new hires and ensure consistent device setup standards.
- Make minor updates to Word Press pages and assist with internal web applications, Google Workspace, and VoIP administration.
- Collaborate with the development team on testing and troubleshooting new features.
- Maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and the company knowledge base.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Experienced with Apple products (Mac Books, iPhones) and IT tools like Google Workspace.
- Strong service mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to handle competing priorities.
- Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
- Previous experience in frontline support or IT administration is a plus.
- Based around one of our hubs:
Prague, Krakow, Budapest, or Athens, with a preference for Prague.
