• Full-Stack Innovation Development: Conceive, prototype, and develop new features across the Backend (PHP) and Frontend (JS);
  Python or Node.js may also be utilized.
• Rapid Prototyping & Validation: Test new product ideas—including AI/Insights—and validate them against real-world use cases.
• End-to-End Responsibility: Guide ideas from the concept phase through to implementation.

• Profound experience in Backend development (PHP), Frontend (JavaScript), and database environments.
• Demonstrable experience implementing features from idea conception to production operation.
• Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team.
• Product-oriented thinking:

• Balance between speed and quality—working efficiently without over-engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to new technologies.
