Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ivanti Xtraction Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and optimization of reporting and dashboard solutions within our IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. This role will serve as the primary authority on Ivanti Xtraction, ensuring accurate, actionable insights for ITSM, Asset Management, and related business processes.
Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development- Configure and customize Ivanti Xtraction dashboards, reports, and data connectors to meet evolving business requirements.
- Develop advanced visualizations and KPIs for ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management to support decision-making.
- Ensure seamless integration between Ivanti Xtraction and other Ivanti modules (Service Manager, Asset Manager, etc.).
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources to maintain reliable reporting.
- Partner with IT, Service Desk, and business teams to gather and refine reporting requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on Xtraction capabilities and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize Xtraction performance for scalability and reliability.
- Implement best practices for dashboard design and data visualization to enhance user experience.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for Xtraction configurations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security standards.
- Proven experience with Ivanti Xtraction configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes, CMDB, and Asset Management principles.
- Familiarity with Ivanti Service Manager and Asset Manager integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
This is a Contract position based out of Johnston, RI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 – $80.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
