Accessibility Consultants - remote long-term

Dear Accessibility Consultants,

We are currently looking for multiple Accessibility Consultants for one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the US (global size). This is a 100% remote and long‑term opportunity.

• Freelancing/Contracting
• Start: ASAP
• 100% remote
• Duration: long‑term 12+ months
• Capacity: full‑time, part‑time also possible
• Language:
  English
• US Central time

• Proficiency in W3C web standards, HTML semantics and UX principles.
• Ability to translate mockups and UX discussions into clear accessibility requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with WCAG/ARIA guidelines, and knowledge of North American regulations (AODA, ADA, Section 508), and how to apply them.
• Skilled at evaluating web components for accessibility using manual reviews and tools such as screen readers, Axe or Lighthouse.
• Confidently present findings and collaborate in design reviews, annotating wireframes and guiding teams to build accessible experiences.
