Job Title: Contract Administrator
Location: 2601 Harbor Bay Pkwy, Alameda, CA 94502
Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite (with flexibility to work from home one day per week)
Pay Range: $35/ hr to $38/ hr (On W2)
We are looking for a “Contract Administrator” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.
Role SummaryThe Contract Administrator will support the Contract Operations team within the Finance organization. This role manages contract administration, compliance, and rebate-related data analysis for national and major retail pharmacy customers.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and process contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with terms
- Analyze rebate performance, trends, and month-over-month data using Model N and SAP
- Identify discrepancies and support pricing adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Market Access, and Account Management
- Communicate with external customers as required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–3 years of contract administration experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or Access is a plus
- Effective communication and analytical skills
